Jeff Ward is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Soon after finishing a BS in Business, he began his real state career. A native of Durham, Jeff brings 36 years of Durham familiarity and knowledge to offer his customers. In October of 1999 Jeff and co-owner, Luther Misenheimer, started Ward & Misenheimer Realtors where they operated for one year doing real estate sales. In October of 2000 they acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise and now operate as Coldwell Banker Ward & Misenheimer.
